Who we are
To really explain who we are and what we do, we must start from the first client who turned to us.
His request was to renovate an ancient building: the summer residence for himself, his children, and any grandchildren. Starting from this 18th-century palace, located between the city of Brescia and Lake Garda, we worked on spaces and structures, obtaining what we consider a "House to pass down."
This is the concept that guides us: to create beautiful houses that last over time, thanks to the technologies they are designed with, the attention in the installation and setup works, and the quality of components and finishes.
It all began in 2009, when brothers Stefano and Massimiliano started working together. In those years the construction market was in crisis and "general contractor" was an expression associated only with large construction projects.
From the beginning, the goal of the two brothers was clear: to make the client live a positive renovation experience, something they realized was not guaranteed in the sector. Why should rebuilding a home be so stressful for people? They chose therefore to put first those who lived in that house and would live there afterwards. They combined construction expertise with listening to the customer. Bianchetti was born from this vision.
Today, over fifteen years later, Bianchetti is something more than two brothers who rolled up their sleeves: it is a group of collaborators, technicians, and partner companies working towards the same goal.
