Business

Over the past few months, we’ve been undergoing a major internal reorganization. The reason? We decided not to let the expertise gained from the “Bianchetti House” model go to waste, but rather to channel it in a new direction.
We decided to bring our concept of comfort and our dedication to building Houses outside the domestic walls. Right to the place where many of us spend most of our day: the workplace.
Opening a division dedicated to the Business world — meaning offices, professional practices, and commercial spaces — was a natural evolution, driven precisely by those who already knew us.

Over the years, several people who had trusted us with the construction of their homes eventually chose us to renovate or build their companies and businesses as well.

To us, the word “Home” means well-being, quality materials, thermal-acoustic insulation, and harmony. Don’t a shop or an office deserve the exact same level of respect and care? Considering how much time we spend in these environments, working in a healthy and beautiful space simply helps us live better and, in the case of a business, contributes to production and sales.

There is one thing we learned immediately when tackling our first commercial and office projects. In the business world, respecting timelines and costs is an absolute priority.
If work on a private home is delayed, the client experiences significant emotional and logistical stress — a consequence we all want to avoid. But if work in a shop or a corporate headquarters slips by even two weeks, that delay turns into a financial loss: lost revenue, idle employees, and fixed costs to cover.

That is why our internal reorganization focuses entirely on providing an end-to-end service as a General Contractor.
Just as we engineered the “Bianchetti House” from a technical standpoint, we have locked down the management process for companies. We become the single point of contact: we coordinate the supply chain, handle the bureaucracy (which is often complex for commercial premises), and guarantee both timelines and budgets.
The context changes, but the Bianchetti signature remains the same. This month will be a journey to discover this evolution. On our social media channels, we will show you the business projects we have already delivered, and who knows, you might just find the solution you are looking for.
What kind of workspace do you live in every day? An office, a shop, a studio? If you like, reply to me via email (click here) and tell me what bothers you the most or what you would like to improve about the place where you work. We’ll get to work on it!
