The transformation of this medieval farmhouse is the realization of a family dream. From Vittorio and Rosa to their three children, the project was able to convert a rustic property into an agritourism villa, where guests can live an experience linked to the territory, between nature, flavors, and relaxation.

The intervention was guided by the desire to keep the "patina of time" intact, operating in close agreement with the prescriptions of the Soprintendenza. The main works involved the exteriors, the first floor and the attic, through targeted demolitions and reconstructions aimed at the redistribution of spaces. For the facade and external arrangements, only local stone was used. Many of the internal finishes are also the result of careful recovery of local materials. This approach allowed for preserving the original architecture, while simultaneously guaranteeing the maximum structural solidity necessary for the new receptive function.
The first floor now houses the rooms and common areas, designed to welcome international guests in an authentic atmosphere but equipped with every modern comfort. In parallel with the consolidation of the roof and the integral replacement of the windows, we provided for the total refurbishment of the plumbing, electrical and heating systems. The result is a perfect balance where thick medieval walls today enclose technologically advanced and efficient environments.
The wise use of local stone and the recovery of original materials have allowed for preserving the historical charm of the farmhouse, harmonizing it with the surrounding Tuscan landscape.
In addition to the structural recovery, the project introduced elements of modernity aimed at elevating the guest experience. The creation of a wellness area, complete with sauna and whirlpool, transforms the ancient farmhouse into a refuge dedicated to absolute relaxation. Every detail, from the choice of colors to the arrangement of furnishings, was thought out to enhance the identity of Victor & Rose: a house to be passed down that, while opening its doors to the world, remains deeply anchored to its own family roots and to the memory of those who first chose Lucignano as a place to build the future.
The rooms retain a charm of other times, allowing guests to live in contemporary comfort within a rural context.
