Bianchetti architectural realization: Aria House
Aesthetic and functional restyling

The architectural intervention was guided by the need for a complete reorganization of internal spaces. Through targeted demolitions and reconstructions, we redefined the original plan, modifying openings to favor brightness and fully renewing service rooms. The restyling did not stop at the interiors: the creation of a new external porch, the design of the garden, and the realization of a swimming pool transformed the outdoor areas into a natural extension of domestic comfort, elevating the overall aesthetics of the villa towards a contemporary and refined standard.

In parallel with the spatial distribution, we took the opportunity of building bonuses to resolve the criticalities of a property that, in its current state, was in energy class G. The insulation intervention of the envelope was radical: the laying of thermal insulation and the replacement of old windows with performing frames and insulated aluminum shutters drastically changed the face and performance of the house. Every choice of material and construction was oriented towards guaranteeing that the clients' investment maintained its value, serving as a solid base for their future memories.

A project that celebrates the concept of legacy, returning value and future to a house born to welcome the family.

Technology and sustainability

At the plant level, we installed a hybrid system with underfloor radiant heating on the ground floor, maintaining and restoring the radiators in the tavern area for differentiated comfort. Energy independence is guaranteed by a new photovoltaic system with storage batteries, which powers the home reducing environmental impact. This connubio between construction technology and high-quality materials reflects our idea of house to be passed down: a house built well to last, from hand to hand, from family to family.
