Bianchetti architectural realization: Massirina House
Structural recovery

The renovation was radical: the building was almost entirely demolished, preserving the perimeter walls to protect the artifact's identity. The roof was rebuilt in wood, and "uso fiume" beams were used for the floors, capable of restoring the authentic aesthetics of the ceilings of the past. In a perspective of conscious conservation, we recovered and restored original elements such as the roof tiles and some internal doors.

Energy evolution and management

A few years later, taking advantage of the Superbonus 110%, the house saw a second phase of works. We focused on improving the energy class through the application of nanotechnology insulation, chosen to improve the envelope without excessively altering its proportions. The installation of solar panels for sanitary water and a photovoltaic system completed the home's metamorphosis. Fundamental, as in every Bianchetti project, was the management of the construction site and the constant support in the choice of materials: coordination that allowed for transforming an old rural structure into a modern, welcoming residence, where every detail reflects the owners' personality.
