A city penthouse transformed in just two and a half months. An integral renovation intervention that redefined volumes and systems, and that we celebrated with a special inaugural event.
We transformed this three-room apartment into a contemporary residence, thanks to the fusion of the architect's vision with the client's wishes. The intervention was radical: the redistribution of internal spaces allowed for optimizing natural light, focusing attention on the new living area, which became large and bright with large French windows leading to a panoramic terrace. The bathrooms and bedroom were also completely renovated.
At the technical level, we worked on every component: from the new electrical and sanitary systems to the latest generation cooling systems. The integral replacement of windows with more performing models and the laying of new floors and coverings completed the aesthetic restyling, guaranteeing energy performance and living comfort in excellent times for a construction site of this magnitude.
The living area represents the heart of the intervention: an environment flooded with light that connects modern interiors with the private terrace.
The completion of the works was not only a technical milestone, but also a moment of sharing. To inaugurate the beginning of this new phase, we organized a "house warming party". Between live music, good food and the participation of friends and acquaintances, the house came to life for the first time.
The end of the construction site turned into a celebratory event that underlines the deep bond between those who design, those who build and those who inhabit.
